At FrenchwithG, your progress and confidence in French are my top priorities. To ensure you feel secure in your investment, I offer the following "Satisfaction or Your Money Back" guarantees:

1. 1-on-1 Coaching Packages

I want to ensure our teaching chemistry is the right fit for your learning goals.

  • The Guarantee: I want you to feel confident joining the program. If at any point you feel it’s not the right fit, or you are not satisfied with the service, you can request a refund for the sessions you haven’t used yet — no hard feelings.

  • The Condition: You can send your refund request by email after your first session and within 48 hours after your 5th scheduled session.

  • Eligibility: Sessions you’ve already attended are not refundable. If you miss a session or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, it will be counted as used.

2. Group classes

I want to make sure that you are comfortable in the group class, which means able to learn, speak, participate and ask questions as you intend.

  • The Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the service, you are eligible for a 100% full refund of the package price.

  • The Condition: Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email after your first session and no later than 48 hours following the conclusion of your 5th scheduled call.

  • Eligibility: This guarantee applies only to students who have attended all five initial sessions. No-shows or sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice do not count toward the five-call trial period.

3. Digital Online program

I want you to explore the curriculum with peace of mind.

  • The Guarantee: A "No Questions Asked" 100% refund is available if the course material does not meet your expectations.

  • The Condition: You are eligible for a refund provided you have accessed or viewed less than 50% of the total course content (as tracked by the learning management system).

  • Timeframe: Refund requests for digital courses must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email lessons@frenchwithg.com with the subject line "Refund Request."

  • Once the request is verified against the conditions above, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • Access to coaching schedules, course materials, and student communities will be revoked immediately upon the processing of a refund.

5. Daily speaking passes & community features

Free Trial

Your membership begins with a free trial so you can explore the experience and decide if it’s right for you.

Billing

You won’t be charged during the free trial. If you decide the membership isn’t for you, simply cancel anytime before the trial ends, and you won’t be billed.

Cancellation

You can cancel your membership at any time from your account settings (by clicking on your profile, Settings > Billing > Cancel membership). Once the free trial period ends, your subscription will automatically begin unless you cancel beforehand.

Community Guidelines

Our community is a supportive space to practice and grow. By joining, you agree to interact respectfully with others across all areas of the service — including community chat, live sessions, and consultations.

Respectful Participation

Any behavior that is disrespectful, harmful, disruptive, or inappropriate may result in restricted access or removal from the community and membership, without refund if the subscription is active.

Try the membership for free. If it’s not what you’re looking for, cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges, and help me keep the community respectful and supportive for everyone.
